When does EU DPP compliance become mandatory?
The EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) requires Digital Product Passports for textiles by 2027. Early adopters already use DPPs as a marketing advantage with eco-conscious consumers.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, new features activate immediately. When downgrading, your current period runs out and then you drop to the lower tier.
Do you store my product data securely?
Yes. All data is stored on EU-based servers (Frankfurt, Germany), encrypted at rest and in transit. We are GDPR compliant and never sell your data.
What happens to my passports if I cancel?
Your public passport pages stay live for 90 days after cancellation so you have time to migrate or export. We provide a full CSV export at any time.
Do QR codes stop working if I cancel?
After 90 days of cancellation, QR codes redirect to a notice page. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
Is the app available outside Shopify?
Shopify is the primary integration. A standalone SaaS version with direct API access is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Which EU languages are supported?
Basic plan includes: EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL. Pro plan includes all 24 official EU languages including Polish, Romanian, Czech, and more.
